The Property Owners Association is an entirely separate entity from the Sky Valley Country Club, though many of their officers and members are also Club members. Each organization has its own membership dues structure.
The monthly Property Owners Association meetings are held on the Third Wednesday of each month (May to October) at 3:00 pm in the Lakeside Room of the Sky Valley Country Club. The POA also hosts Pancake Breakfasts held between May and October at the Club Pavilion.
