As Clubhouse Manager at the Sky Valley Country Club, Elizabeth Truax oversees the restaurant and bar, kitchen operations, and the coordination and operations of the banquets, catering, weddings and Special Events at the Clubhouse and Pavilion.
Our Chef, Scott Truax, in coordination with Elizabeth and our staff are dedicated to ensuring you the very best service, and delicious dining menus, in a warm, inviting, comfortable atmosphere.
We are also very pleased to announce that Elizabeth brings with her vast experience in event coordination of all types. She can help you plan everything from a Brunch to an Elegant, Glamorous Wedding!
